At ZI Network, accessible from the ZI Network mobile application and website, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that are collected and recorded by ZI Network and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our service to you:

• Account Information: When you register an account, we ask for your full name, email address, username, and password. This is essential to secure your profile and track your rewards.
• Profile Picture: If you select to upload an avatar, the image is uploaded to our secure servers to customize your profile.
• Device Information: We may collect info about your device type, OS version, and network identifiers. We use this strictly to prevent bot registrations and multiple accounts on a single physical device.
• KYC Verification Documents: When you submit documents for KYC (identity verification), we collect images of your official ID and/or selfie verification. This is used solely to verify your human identity and is kept confidential.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our mobile application and services.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our application features.
• Understand and analyze how you use our application.
• Process your daily mining transactions, reward calculations, and referrals.
• Send you push notifications regarding mining sessions, security, and updates.
• Prevent fraudulent activities, spam accounts, and bot manipulations.

3. Log Files & Databases

ZI Network follows a standard procedure of utilizing secure database structures and server log files. These logs record visitors when they access API routes. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, date and time stamp, referring pages, and clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable and are used solely for site management and debugging.

4. Third-Party Services (Google AdMob & Firebase)

ZI Network integrates third-party SDKs to support its infrastructure:

• Google Firebase / Cloud Messaging: Used to manage app state and deliver push notifications. Firebase processes data according to Google's Privacy Policies.
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements inside the app to offset database and server operational costs. AdMob may collect and process device advertising IDs to deliver personalized ads.

5. Data Security & Storage

The security of your data is extremely important to us. All data transmitted between the ZI Network app and our servers is secured using TLS (HTTPS) encryption. Your password is encrypted using high-security hashing functions. We store user information only as long as necessary to provide the ZI Network services.

6. Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. ZI Network does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
