ZI Network - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ZI Network! By accessing or using the ZI Network mobile application and platform (hereafter referred to as "the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ZI Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future updates or modifications.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering for the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before using the Platform.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes. You shall not:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or any connected servers or databases.
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices, including creating multiple accounts or using emulators/scripts to simulate activity.

5. ZI Points and Tokens

The ZI Network allows you to accumulate virtual ZI points through the Platform. However, the distribution process and the eventual exchange value of ZI points are subject to changes at the discretion of the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

ZI points/tokens distributed during Phase 1 and Phase 2 are virtual rewards and are not guaranteed to have any immediate real-world monetary value.
The distribution (mining) process may be modified, halved, paused, or stopped at any time by the Platform administrators.
You are solely responsible for any tax obligations associated with your future converted ZI Tokens.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with ZI Network's Privacy Policy. You consent to the sharing of data with third parties (like Google AdMob or Firebase) only in accordance with applicable laws and as stated in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, UI/UX designs, and text documents, are the property of ZI Network and its affiliates. You agree not to copy, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Termination and Suspension

ZI Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without cause, for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including any fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorized activity.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. ZI Network makes no representations or warranties regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, reliability, or performance. We disclaim any responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZI Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZI Network, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Modifications to the Terms

ZI Network reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the Platform. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international business guidelines and applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the dispute to binding resolution under general local jurisdiction.
